Nincs igaza annak, aki szerint ez phishing. Milán nem fogadta még 
el az új szerződést és most már nem találja. A megoldás:

   1. Log into your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/
   2. Click the "New Policy Update" link in the "Activate Account"
     column on the left-hand side of your Account Overview page.
   3. Review the updated policies, and if you agree with the terms,
     click the "Yes" radio button to accept.
   4. Click "Submit" to be taken to your Account Overview page.

If the Policy Update link is not available on your Account 
Overview page, and you are having problems using your account, 
submit a secure web form through our Help Center by following 
these steps:

   1. Click the "Help" link in the top right of any PayPal page.
   2. Click "Contact Us."
   3. Click "Contact Customer Service."
   4. Choose "Limited Account Access" in the topic box and enter
     your question in the box presented.
   5. Click "Continue."
   6. In the message box, state that you have accepted our User
     Agreement and Privacy Policy.
   7. Click "Continue."
