Intland Software is looking for J2EE developers with 3+ years industry
experience to develop its flagship product, CodeBeamer, the collaborative
software development platform.

Compensation: based on experience

Candidates must have solid experience in:
* Java
* relational databases & SQL
* web technologies (servlet spec, JSP, HTML/CSS, etc.)
* version control systems (Subversion and/or CVS)
* good technical English skills
* pragmatic, agile mindset

Pluses:
* experience with open source frameworks (Struts, iBATIS, Spring, etc.)
* experience with the J2EE stack, containers, etc.
* experience with RDBMS vendors (MySQL, Oracle, Derby, etc.)
* javascript & AJAX
* working with distributed international teams
* XP-style process (test-driven development, refactoring, etc.)
* experience with issue tracking, document management systems, wikis
