<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Mondjuk ahol nem csak a fejlesztés idejét nézik egy "fejlesztésnél", hanem a tervezéstől kezdve a tesztelésen át a dokumentálásig mindent hozzávesznek, és a TCO-ba beleszámolják az éles környezetben lévő hibákat, illetve ezek javítását is (és a jövőbeli kockázatokat), ott kiderül, hogy az elején érdemes többet beletenni, mert később drágább lesz. Nem mindegy például hogy megfelelő teszteléssel a fejlesztői vagy tesztrendszerben veszünk észre egy hibát vagy éles környezetben... hamar kiderül, hogy jobban tesztelni olcsóbb lett volna...</p>
