In theory a "13#11" chord can contain every note of the scale, but in 
practice one or two would be omitted.
"C13#11" = C E (G) Bb (D) F# A.
"Cmaj13#11 = C E (G) B (D) F# A
G and D are optional in both, but all the rest are needed to define the 
chord.
